Earning potential: $110,000•175,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)Flexible Schedule:
Monday•Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications:
Licensed Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice. Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
