Position Overview Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Rheumatology and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care, chronic disease management, biologic therapies, and long-term patient relationships. Our providers care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and related disorders. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient position No hospital call responsibilities Established and growing patient base Collaborative physician support and mentorship Modern infusion center and rheumatology clinic environment Opportunity for professional growth and leadership development Competitive compensation and benefits package Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits Manage chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Monitor biologic and infusion therapies Provide patient education and counseling Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR Qualifications Nurse Practitioner Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Delaware (or eligible) Board certification required Physician Assistant Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification required Delaware licensure (or eligible) Preferred Experience Rheumatology experience preferred but not required Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered Strong communication and patient relationship skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package including: Competitive base salary Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays CME allowance and paid CME time Retirement benefits Malpractice coverage Supportive clinical and administrative team environment About ISD Infusion Solutions of Delaware has proudly served Delaware patients for 20 years and has grown into a multi-site specialty infusion and rheumatology practice focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
