Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality outpatient patient care focused on venous insufficiency and vascular-related conditions . The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical teams to assess patients, develop treatment plans, support procedures, and ensure continuity of care. This is a day-shift, four-day workweek opportunity with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements . Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories. Evaluate patient conditions and order or review appropriate diagnostic testing. Identify abnormal findings and communicate concerns to the supervising physician. Develop and implement individualized patient management plans under physician direction. Provide care related to venous insufficiency and support multimodality treatment strategies. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, surgical, and vascular laboratory teams. Assist with medical procedures as directed by the physician. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, recommendations, and follow-up care. Communicate with patients by phone as needed and coordinate ongoing care. Prepare letters of medical necessity when required for insurance purposes. Participate in scheduled follow-ups, including approximately 1-month, 6-month, and annual visits . Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Support training and onboarding of clinical staff as needed. Participate in team meetings, center initiatives, and community outreach events. Follow all infection-control, safety, universal precaution, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with patients, physicians, and staff. Perform other clinical or administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Current, active Nurse Practitioner license . Minimum 2 years of prior Nurse Practitioner experience . Ability and willingness to travel between the Rehoboth Beach, DE and Salisbury, MD locations. Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
