IMPORTANT - MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF INJECTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This is not an entry-level position and we are not looking to train someone on injectables. You must be confident working independently and be ready to treat patients from day one. Bella Derma is a busy, fast-paced medical aesthetics practice with a high volume of customers every day. We need someone who can think on their feet, work efficiently, stay organized, and provide excellent results without becoming overwhelmed when the schedule is busy. We are also looking for more than someone who simply performs an injection and moves on to the next patient. The right provider should be able to connect with patients, understand their aesthetic goals, educate them about appropriate treatment options, and confidently recommend additional treatments, packages, maintenance plans, and services when they would benefit the patient. You should be comfortable helping build long-term relationships with patients and contributing to the growth of the practice. Responsibilities Perform Botox and other neuromodulator injections Perform dermal filler treatments Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop treatment plans Evaluate facial anatomy, symmetry, proportions, and patient goals Recommend appropriate injectable and aesthetic treatments Educate patients about treatment options and realistic expectations Identify appropriate opportunities for complementary treatments and services Confidently discuss treatment packages, maintenance programs, and additional services Help convert consultations into treatments when clinically appropriate Build relationships that encourage patient retention and repeat visits Perform follow-up evaluations when necessary Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography Work closely with the front desk, management, aestheticians, and other team members Keep appointments moving efficiently in a high-volume environment Maintain excellent patient care even during extremely busy periods Required Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on injectable experience - REQUIRED Strong experience with neuromodulators such as Botox Strong dermal filler experience Excellent understanding of facial anatomy Ability to independently assess patients and create treatment plans Strong consultation and patient communication skills Comfortable recommending additional services and treatments Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, memberships, and treatment plans with patients Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or patient safety Ability to make good decisions and think on your feet Strong time-management and organizational skills Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Strongly Preferred Experience with additional medical-aesthetic treatments such as: RF microneedling Microneedling PRP/PRF Biostimulators PDO threads Skin rejuvenation treatments Aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices Other advanced aesthetic procedures The Person We Are Looking For You may be a great fit if you are someone who: Is comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment Can move quickly while still providing excellent care Does not need constant direction Can make decisions independently Knows how to manage several things happening at once Enjoys interacting with patients rather than simply performing procedures Is confident discussing additional treatment opportunities Understands that patient education, retention, and practice growth are part of the provider role Works well with front desk staff, aestheticians, management, and other providers Takes pride in both clinical results and the overall patient experience About Bella Derma Boca Spa Bella Derma Boca Spa is a busy medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Boca Raton offering injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, body treatments, and other aesthetic services.
