Job Description
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Longevity & Preventive Medicine (Bilingual) Aeris Miami, PA Coral Gables, FL Job Details Full-time From $120,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Vascular access Spanish Injectable medication administration Care documentation English Monitoring and managing IVs Electrocardiogram interpretation Clinical documentation DEA License Advanced practice provider Family medicine Full Job Description About Aeris Miami For fifteen years, Aeris Miami has been one of Coral Gables' most established plastic surgery practices — multi-physician, board-certified, and known throughout South Florida for surgical excellence. We train the next generation through our surgical fellowship program. We recently opened a brand-new facility built around how we actually want to practice medicine. And we are still growing. That growth is why this role exists. What We're Building We are launching a dedicated longevity and preventive medicine division on the first floor of our new building, and we are hiring the founding clinician to build it with us. This is not a med spa and it is not a wellness center. It is a real clinical practice — physicals, advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, metabolic medicine, regenerative therapies — attached to an established surgical practice with patients already walking through the door. Cash-pay. No insurance panels. No volume treadmill. Real time with every patient. You would be the first clinician on this floor, working directly alongside board-certified surgeons, with established referral volume from day one and a genuine seat at the table as we decide what this division becomes. What You'll Do Perform pre-operative medical clearances and surgical optimization, including EKG interpretation and lab review Manage comprehensive hormone optimization for men and women — testosterone, thyroid, perimenopausal and menopausal care Direct medical weight management programs, including GLP-1 therapy Order and interpret advanced diagnostic panels: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR, full thyroid and hormone panels, homocysteine, micronutrient testing Deliver peptide therapy, IV nutrient protocols, NAD+, and glutathione Oversee laboratory-derived supplemental support and individualized nutraceutical protocols Deliver regenerative medicine therapies and advanced recovery modalities, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy and photobiomodulation Provide pre- and post-operative optimization for surgical patients — nutritional, metabolic, and recovery protocols Counsel patients on nutrition, sleep, metabolic health, and long-term risk reduction Build the clinical protocols, intake pathways, and standards of care from the ground up, with real influence over which services we add next What You Bring Active, unrestricted Florida license as an APRN (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine background Fully fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written — a requirement, not a preference Current DEA registration Proficient in venipuncture, EKG acquisition and interpretation, IM and SC injection, and IV therapy Strong independent clinical judgment working under physician supervision Comfortable with electronic documentation and building workflows where none exist yet Nice to Have Experience in hormone replacement, functional, integrative, regenerative, or longevity medicine Familiarity with cash-pay, concierge, or direct-care practice models A4M, IFM, or comparable training Experience with hyperbaric oxygen, continuous glucose monitoring, body composition analysis, or advanced lipid interpretation What We Offer $120,000-$150,000 base salary, commensurate with experience Quarterly productivity bonus tied to personally generated collections — uncapped Health insurance, paid time off, and CME allowance A brand-new facility and equipment you'll help select The stability of a fifteen-year practice with the upside of a startup division If you have spent your career doing seven-minute visits and documenting for an insurer, this is the opposite of that. Come build something. Aeris Miami, PA is an equal opportunity employer.
