We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to assist our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written skills with an ability to critically think. They should be comfortable working both alone and in a team setting . We offer a variety of medical services with a focus on vascular medicine. The APRN will be involved in direct patient care through our clinic services and act as a point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
Perform examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Complete SOAP note and formulate plan of care based on patient's condition. Monitor the progress of post-procedural patients Prescribe and dispense medication in accordance with State licensure
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Possess current and valid license from the State Board of Nursing for Advanced Nursing Practice.

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Preferred vascular experience (not a requirement) Written and verbal communication skills Listening skills Organization skills Time management skills Teamwork skills Empathy and compassion The ability to provide accurate, effective care
