Certification Nurse Practitioner (NP) DEA License Advanced practice provider Full Job Description Vascular & Vein Center at Gulfcoast Surgeons is adding a Nurse Practitioner. In this role you'll be a hands-on presence in patient care from the first visit through recovery. In the office, you'll lead patient evaluations and follow-ups, working closely with home health, wound care centers, imaging centers, and medical equipment suppliers to keep every patient's care moving without gaps. In the hospital, you'll take ownership of the full arc: initial consultations, rounding, follow-ups, and discharge planning. You'll also get real procedural experience, assisting with office-based cases like venous procedures and sclerotherapy, and playing a direct role in patient monitoring during and after conscious sedation. It's a role built for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and a genuine hand in patient outcomes, not just a checklist of tasks. This is a Full-time opportunity. We are open 5 days a week, no weekends or holidays. We have multiple locations in the Fort Myers area, and you will have shifts at our Cape Coral location, as well. Base salary range is $135K to $150 annually, based on job experience, education, licensure, job skills and job fit.
