ONE DAY PER MONTH TO START
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Part-Time / PRN Revitalize Health Center LLC is seeking a Florida-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health program.

This is a very limited part-time/PRN opportunity requiring approximately
ONE CLINICAL DAY PER MONTH TO START.
We currently have a small established psychiatric caseload of approximately 17 patients requiring psychiatric evaluation and medication-management services. This position is ideal for a PMHNP who already has another position or private practice and is interested in adding one additional clinical day per month to their schedule. As our behavioral health program and patient census grow, there will be an opportunity to increase clinical days, patient volume, and compensation . Our behavioral health program also includes an LMHC/psychotherapy component, allowing the PMHNP to focus primarily on psychiatric assessment and medication management. Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments. Provide psychiatric medication management. Diagnose and manage behavioral and mental health conditions within the PMHNP scope of practice. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Review relevant laboratory results and clinical information when appropriate. Coordinate care with the patient's primary care provider, therapist, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team. Provide patient and caregiver education regarding psychiatric medications and treatment. Complete timely and accurate documentation in Athenahealth . Provide services through telehealth and/or other approved clinical settings as applicable. Maintain compliance with applicable federal and Florida requirements, HIPAA, prescribing requirements, and organizational policies. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida APRN license. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification. Current
NPI. DEA
registration when required for prescribing responsibilities. Experience with adult and geriatric psychiatric patients preferred. Experience with Medicare populations preferred. Comfortable providing psychiatric services via telehealth. Athenahealth or similar EHR experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and care-coordination skills. Schedule & Compensation Approximately one clinical day per month to start. Small established caseload of approximately 17 psychiatric patients. Approximately $1,000 per month initially , based on the agreed scope and schedule. Additional compensation available as additional clinical days are added. Significant opportunity to grow with the behavioral health program as patient volume increases. This is not currently a full-time position. We are specifically seeking a PMHNP interested in a limited monthly commitment with the opportunity to expand as the program grows.
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
