Hello! We are seeking a Part-Time Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner (with goals for
FULL TIME
by month 6) to be part of our CoreHealth team! You will focus on providing high-qualityDIRECT PRIMARY CARE
as part of a healthcare team.Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses all ages Focus on lifestyle medicine and wellness across the generations of life Feel comfortable with the direct primary care model which includes virtual visits, in person visits, and texting/calling/emailing directly to your patient panel (smaller patient panel than the traditional office) Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating providers or specialists regarding patient care Good community relations with other healthcare providers in the area Comfortable with social media health education topics Comfortable with self branding/marketing and going to community meetings Drawing basic labs phlebotomy in office Comfortable with self scheduling patientsQualifications:
Family Nurse Practitioner of at least 2 years AutonomousFNP APRN
Florida License DEA license- can apply for this later Preferred (not required)
- DOT physical license Ability to build rapport with patients quickly
- trusting and honest CPR license maintained Always interested in growth and future services, not afraid of change Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities
