True Compassion Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We run modern, well-equipped urgent care clinics across the Treasure Coast and northern Palm Beach County, and we're looking for a provider ready to step in and do great work alongside a team that actually likes each other.

The role:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, non-life-threatening conditions
• Perform bedside procedures: wound care, suturing, I&D, splinting
• Work alongside MAs, front-desk staff, and leadership
• Educate patients and families clearly and kindly
• Follow clinical protocols and complete documentation accurately and on time

Required:

• Active Florida NP license (FNP or ACNP). Not pending. Not in-process.
• MSN•Board certified (AANP or ANCC)•Reliable transportation — you'll have a homebase clinic and occasionally cover a sister location Nice to have:•Prior RN experience in ER, urgent care, ICU, peds, primary care, or care management•Comfort performing basic procedures•Bilingual English/Spanish The schedule:•Salaried, full-time•Clinics operate 8am to 8pm, seven days a week — you'll work a rotating schedule that averages a 40-hour workweek across the year•Homebase at one of our clinics with occasional coverage at the other What we offer:•$100,000 base salary plus performance bonus•Malpractice insurance covered•CE, DEA, and license renewal reimbursement•Modern, well-equipped clinics•Supportive clinical leadership•A team that actually likes each other How to apply: Send your resume through Indeed.
