Starting at $63/hour + Productivity Incentives About the Role OPA Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient psychiatry practice in Kissimmee, Florida . We are looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care in a collaborative outpatient setting. One (1) year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience is preferred; however, highly qualified new graduate PMHNPs will also be considered. Our Kissimmee behavioral health clinic provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment for children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP seeking a full-time psychiatric nurse practitioner position in Kissimmee, FL with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and no on-call requirements. OPA Behavioral Health provides the patient and referral flow, so providers are not expected to market themselves or independently recruit patients. This allows our providers to focus on delivering excellent psychiatric care, building strong patient relationships, maintaining continuity of care, and developing a successful full caseload.
