Join a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Lake Placid, Florida. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting and are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults.
Locations:
Lake Placid, FL (additional opportunities in Clearwater, Gainesville, and Orlando). What we offer Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities Efficient clinical workflow supported by a streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad with LTE Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance Clinical responsibilities Perform daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities Manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications Document care accurately and efficiently using provided technology Compensation & benefits Highly competitive base pay with an uncapped, productivity-based compensation model Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives and performance bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid Time Off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible providers CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred If you are committed to compassionate, team-based care for older adults and want to grow with a supportive organization, we'd like to hear from you.
