Role:
The Neighborhood Clinic in Lithia, Florida is looking for a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized care plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health management Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Requirements:
Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC Active Texas RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program DEA license or eligibility to obtain one Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
