This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who enjoys working with the Senior/Medicare Advantage population , building meaningful patient relationships, and being part of a team focused on quality—not just volume.

YOUR ROLE

Provide comprehensive adult primary care with a focus on the Senior/Medicare Advantage population Build long-term relationships with your patients Manage a smaller patient panel while focusing on quality outcomes Work collaboratively with a team committed to Value-Based Care Help patients achieve better health outcomes through proactive, relationship-driven care

QUALIFICATIONS

Active, unrestricted Florida NP or PA License Active, unrestricted DEA 1-2+ years of Value-Based Care experience preferred Experience working with the Senior/Medicare Advantage population is a plus Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Lutz, Florida Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM 100% Outpatient
