The ideal candidate is an experienced PMHNP who can confidently manage their own patient panel while also valuing collaboration and consultation with other members of the clinical team. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Monitor treatment effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments to medication and treatment plans. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and ongoing care. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries and standards.
