$50.00-$60.00 per hour, depending on experience Position Overview Miami Hair Transplant is seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to join our clinical team. The Nurse Practitioner will support the medical team throughout the patient care process, including clinical evaluations, pre-operative and post-operative care, patient education, documentation, and ongoing follow-up. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced medical and aesthetic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and clinical assessments. Support pre-operative evaluations and determine patient readiness for treatment in accordance with established clinical protocols. Review laboratory results and other relevant medical documentation. Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and follow-up. Educate patients regarding procedures, medications, recovery instructions, and expectations. Identify and escalate potential contraindications, complications, or clinical concerns. Prescribe medications and order appropriate tests when authorized and within scope of practice. Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records and clinical documentation. Coordinate closely with physicians, surgical staff, patient coordinators, and other members of the clinical team. Respond to patient clinical questions and provide appropriate guidance within scope of practice. Assist with the development and implementation of clinical protocols and patient-care standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and applicable clinical standards. Support a professional, safe, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish - required. Active and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Current national Nurse Practitioner certification from an appropriate recognized certifying organization. Master's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program. Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Prescriptive authority as applicable to the responsibilities of the position. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and patient-communication skills. Strong documentation, organization, and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment. Professional appearance and patient-centered attitude. Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, surgical assistants, and administrative staff. Comfortable using electronic medical records and standard clinical software. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hair restoration or hair transplant procedures. Experience with surgical pre-op and post-op patient management.
