The ideal candidate will possess experience in aesthetic injectables along with a background in hormone therapy and weight loss management. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of administering injectable treatments and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Qualified applicants should have formal training, a minimum of three years in the aesthetic field, and a passion for promoting regenerative and optimal wellness. Strong customer service and sales abilities, as well as the capability to educate and guide patients toward their desired results, are essential. This role is perfect for a motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced professional who is committed to continuous learning and skill enhancement. Duties Uphold a high standard of service excellence. Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of patients. Provide aesthetic consultations, perform procedures, and ensure satisfactory follow-ups. Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin), (Juvederm/Restylane/Radiesse/Sculptra), and other enhancements. Collaborate with patients to ascertain their unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans for optimal outcomes. Educate patients regarding the benefits, risks, and anticipated results of injectable treatments. Offer comprehensive pre- and post-procedure instructions, addressing patient concerns to facilitate goal achievement. Perform blood draws and administer IV vitamin infusions, monitoring patient status throughout the process and managing any emergency reactions. Ensure a safe, hygienic environment by adhering to medical asepsis, infection control protocols, and universal precautions. Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and seamless care delivery. Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment through accurate documentation. Present a professional appearance in line with industry standards. Ensure precise clinical documentation and charting for each client. Recommend additional spa treatments and skincare regimens based on patient consultations.

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics required. Active Florida State License with the Department of Health in good standing. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida. Demonstrated sales experience with a strong ability to upsell services. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. Commitment to ongoing education and staying informed on industry trends, product lines, and services. Critical thinker, compassionate, nonjudgmental, with exceptional attention to detail and organization. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work independently. Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Capable of establishing effective working relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.
