WCS Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity supporting behavioral health services in FL. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered psychiatric care within a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Function:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Job Requirements:

MSN or DNP with PMHNP specialization required Board Certification as PMHNP from the ANCC required Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a PMHNP Preferred Qualifications. Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings. Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
