• Full-time, Contract Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Spark Wellness Group is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join the group.

The PMHNP is responsible for the direct care of a wide range of patients seen within the practice. You will provide initial/ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients, a complete physical assessment, a history of current and previous illness(es), a review of diagnostic tests. The clinician should be able to see children, adolescents, and adults. This individual will be providing care to various aspects of the practice with a wide range of knowledge in multiple specialties. This is a full-time. PMHNP-BC

license in the state of FL Open to and knowledgeable about Telehealth protocols Open to training to Electronic Health Care System Develop a care plan that establishes goals, based on diagnosis BLS certificate Documenting daily assessments Demonstrating a commitment to patient safety Must be flexible and adaptable; conditions and environment are unpredictable and change frequently Great communication skills. Shows the ability to organize and prioritize workload independently Bilingual (English and Spanish). Due to the scope of practice, the chosen candidate must be a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
