ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient healthcare team in Palm Bay Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment, diverse patient population, and meaningful patient interaction . The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing primary and urgent care while also having an interest or experience in wellness services. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients independently within scope of practice. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain vital signs and BMI measurements. Review personal and family medical histories. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and provide patient education. Administer medications, injections, and immunizations. Perform minor procedures, including: Wound care Suturing Splinting Laceration repair Provide appropriate follow-up care and patient counseling. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Efficiently manage a diverse patient population in a high-volume outpatient setting. Clinical Areas Experience or interest in the following areas is highly valued: Primary Care Urgent Care Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Weight Loss Peptide Therapy IV Therapy Preventive and wellness care Qualifications Active Florida NP or PA license . Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. FNP, AGNP, or appropriate advanced practice certification for the position. Current DEA registration and prescribing privileges.
BLS/ACLS
certification required. Experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a related outpatient setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and bedside manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, self-directed clinical team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Authorized to work in the United States. Must have a U.S. bank account. Patient Volume The provider can expect to see approximately 25-30 patients per day . Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a patient-focused, clinically confident NP or PA who can work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The provider should be comfortable managing a broad range of primary and urgent care needs while being open to wellness-focused services such as medical weight management, MAT, peptide therapy, and IV therapy .
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
