Responsibilities:
Accurately document electronic medical records. Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic tests. Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Perform thorough and compassionate physical exams. Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure high-quality care. Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments. Develop and implement personalized care plans to address patients' needs. Educate patients regularly on health management and preventive care. Participate in quality improvement programs and peer reviews to maintain high standards of care.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Current state license or eligibility for the state of Florida.
