Clinical Nurse Practitioner in Pain Management Comprehensive Pain and Wellness Plantation, FL Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $110,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications Inpatient experience Hospital medicine Outpatient experience Medical administrative support Advanced practice provider Full Job Description We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Interventional Pain Management practice (currently 2MD and 5 NPs) and deliver medical care to patients with chronic pain conditions. This position combines hospital and clinical office based services. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing medical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, maintaining accurate and current patient records on the electronic health record, working with our team of clinicians to help deliver premium care to our patients.
Job responsibilities include:
Experience with Interventional Pain Management is a plus but will train motivated candidate Provide care in an inpatient setting at multiple facilities Perform follow up appointments for chronic pain management patients in our clinic Make sure the patients follow their treatment plans, including compliance with tests and other treatment recommendations Coordinate patient care as a triage resource; strong administrative skills a must Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options Deliver quality care Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
