Job Description
Job Summary Walk On Clinic Inc in Sarasota, FL is looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives in a fast-paced, patient-centered primary care environment. Responsibilities Work independently with patients Conduct physical examinations Check vitals and BMI Examine personal and family medical histories Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and follow-up care Administer prescriptions, shots, and immunizations Perform minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and laceration repair Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records Qualifications Active NP or PA license in the state of Florida Master's degree or higher in Nursing (FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant Studies Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
BLS/ACLS
certification required Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Excellent bedside manner with a patient-first attitude Ability to manage and work with small self-directed teams US work authorization (Required) Must have US bank accountPay:
