Job Overview NeuroLift is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered, and highly motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team of mental health professionals. As a leader in interventional psychiatry , NeuroLift specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, medication management, and comprehensive psychiatric care for patients suffering from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to determine patient eligibility for advanced treatment modalities such as TMS and Spravato® . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for adolescent and adult patients. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, and interventional psychiatry services. Evaluate patients for appropriateness of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) treatment based on clinical guidelines. Provide ongoing medication management and monitor patient progress throughout treatment. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, TMS technicians, and clinical support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Supervise and monitor patients receiving Spravato® therapy in accordance with REMS program requirements and established clinical protocols. Review PHQ-9, GAD-7, and other standardized outcome measures to evaluate treatment response and guide clinical decision-making. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication risks and benefits, TMS therapy, Spravato®, and long-term wellness strategies. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation using the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Provide telepsychiatry services when appropriate to improve patient access to care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA, DEA, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification. Current Florida APRN license (or eligibility for Florida licensure). Active DEA registration. Experience in outpatient psychiatry and medication management preferred. Experience with TMS , Spravato® , or other interventional psychiatric treatments is preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric treatment. Excellent diagnostic, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills. Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems for clinical documentation. Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care. Preferred Qualifications Experience treating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and bipolar disorders. Familiarity with insurance prior authorizations and documentation requirements for TMS and Spravato® services. Experience providing telehealth psychiatric services.
