- Friday 8 am
- 5 pm Completely outpatient practice without call coverage, weekends, nights, or holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess patients' pain symptoms, treatment responses and continued care plan.
- Administer injections when appropriate.
- Monitor and issue appropriate prescriptions when needed.
- Monitor labs and patient compliance with multimodal treatment plan.
- Assess post procedure responses.
- Refer for physical therapy and psychotherapy when appropriate.
- Refer for specialist care: I.E. Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Psychiatry.
- Work with the healthcare team closely including Physicians and staff.
- Continue to promote and grow USP's family centered approach to care
- Comply strictly with medicolegal guidelines along with local and federal regulations.
- Must be willing to travel to satellite office in Perry as needed.
