As a small Physician owned medical practice we aim to treat our patients like family and deliver care differently! We are looking to add like minded people to our team, who also aim to change the culture of medicine, one patient at a time! There is tremendous room for growth, peer education, and leadership roles going forward. This is not a routine clinical role. We are looking for someone to join us working in a high-volume role at the intersection of advanced interventional care, neuromodulation, and academics focused on restoring function, not just managing symptoms. We are looking for someone who thinks critically about pain (not just protocols), thrives in a collaborative work environment, and is excited about continuing to learn and grow professionally. Monday
  • Friday 8 am
  • 5 pm Completely outpatient practice without call coverage, weekends, nights, or holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess patients' pain symptoms, treatment responses and continued care plan.
  • Administer injections when appropriate.
  • Monitor and issue appropriate prescriptions when needed.
  • Monitor labs and patient compliance with multimodal treatment plan.
  • Assess post procedure responses.
  • Refer for physical therapy and psychotherapy when appropriate.
  • Refer for specialist care: I.E. Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Psychiatry.
  • Work with the healthcare team closely including Physicians and staff.
  • Continue to promote and grow USP's family centered approach to care
  • Comply strictly with medicolegal guidelines along with local and federal regulations.
  • Must be willing to travel to satellite office in Perry as needed.
USP is an Interventional Pain Management Practice that specializes in minimally invasive surgeries, procedures, injections, and medication management for patients in pain and impaired function.
