We are seeking an experienced full time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Alpharetta location.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle changes, and wellness Manage chronic conditions Collaborate with physicians and other Providers for coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accredited FNP program Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a physician assistant Prior work experience in Primary Care or Family Practice Ability to build rapport with patients Strong communication Team player with a positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong benefit package including health, medical and vision insurance, 401K match, malpractice coverage, CME, competitive compensation.
