Job Description

Join a collaborative primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area as a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role offers a consistent schedule, a supportive clinical environment, and the chance to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Schedule options
Full-time:
Three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend coverage required every other weekend; weekend availability is mandatory.
Part-time:
Minimum 20 hours per week with consistent availability.
Scheduling options:
two weekdays (total 24 hours) OR one weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours). Locations Opportunities available in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA. Compensation & benefits Salary range: $138,000-$159,000 annually (average $147,000) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan options Support for professional growth and career advancement Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license Current DEA license or ability to obtain one 1-2 years of primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training will be considered If you are a compassionate clinician seeking a stable schedule and a team-oriented practice, we encourage you to apply.
