Job Description

Join a solo gynecology practice led by an internationally recognized surgeon specializing in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). In addition to surgical care our practice offers advanced in-office care, including hysteroscopic procedures using the Storz hysteroscope and others, along with integrative women's health services such as genomics/genetic testing, hormonal management, nutrition counseling, hair loss treatment, and immune support. We're looking for a part-time Physician Assistant (preferred) or Nurse Practitioner to see patients independently in the office, managing well-woman exams, sick visit, in-office procedures, and pre/post-operative care, working in close unity with the physician/owner. What You'll Do See daily schedule of GYN patients in the office, including annual exams and problem visits. Perform pelvic exams and in-office procedures (IUD placement, biopsies, colposcopy, Nexplanon removal, urodynamic procedures, and transvaginal ultrasounds). Follow on treatment plans, imaging, lab work with the patients via televised visit or web-based interaction. Support in-office hysteroscopic procedures using the Storz hysteroscope when needed. Manage pre-op and post-op care in close conjunction with the doctor for MIGS surgical patients.
Offer integrative wellness services:
genomics testing, nutrition and weight-loss, hair loss, and immune support counseling integrated with gynecologic health. Prescribe and manage routine GYN medical treatment plans. And other medical, training, or compliance related tasks. What We're Looking For Active PA (NCCPA-certified) or NP (board-certified) license; DEA license or eligibility. 1+ years of women's health/OB-GYN experience preferred; strong new grads considered. Comfort with routine GYN procedures, or willingness to be trained. Interest in surgical patient care and/or integrative women's health. Independent, confident, patient-centered clinical style. Familiar with the eClinicalWorks or other electronic record system. Conducts transvaginal ultrasound examinations or interested in learning. Active yet compassionate organizational and communication skills. Highly capable of independent thinking, yet shares unified approach in patients' care. Interested in long-term employment. Has active plans with medical payers. What We Offer Competitive salary + flexible schedule Monday-Friday or 4-days schedule, no weekends or overnight call. Work directly with an internationally recognized MIGS surgeon. CME allowance and mentorship in advanced GYN care.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
