Job Description

We are Ascribe Infusion Ascribe Infusion is a brand-new, founder-led infusion company launching in North Atlanta — and we're building it from the ground up. We deliver biologic and specialty IV therapy — Remicade, Rituxan, Entyvio, Tysabri, IVIG, iron infusions and 20+ others — in 100% private suites: the same medications patients would receive at a hospital, closer to home and at a fraction of the cost (40-70% typical savings vs. hospital outpatient infusion). We've set out to build one of the region's premier specialty infusion platforms, and we're assembling the founding team that will make it happen. We built our clinical roles around the reason you went into medicine: real time with patients, not paperwork. The opportunity We're seeking an entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner to be the clinical anchor — and one of the founding builders — of a brand-new infusion company. This isn't a role where the playbook already exists; you'll help write it. As our founding advanced-practice clinician, you'll shape our protocols, our patient experience, and our clinical culture from the very first infusion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously and has experience starting IVs and working with biologic medications. You'll do it with the things that make this kind of care sustainable: predictable hours, autonomy, a manageable workload, and a low patient-to-clinician ratio in an unhurried, private-suite setting — never an open bay. In this role, you will Provide in-person infusion care at the Ascribe center, with your time split approximately: 80% — Clinical Responsibilities Deliver infusions and injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines Assess patients before, during, and after treatment; recognize and manage infusion reactions, including hypersensitivity and anaphylaxis Communicate effectively with patients across all aspects of their care — scheduling, symptoms, and inquiries Coordinate with referring and prescribing providers to ensure appropriate and effective care Order and maintain clinical inventory and supplies 20% — Quality, Compliance & Building Onboard new patients by conducting establishment visits and completing documentation, including for Medicare patients Perform chart audits, provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, and help ensure compliance across the center Help design and refine our clinical protocols, standing orders, and patient-education materials from scratch What we're looking for Active, unencumbered Georgia APRN / Nurse Practitioner license , with a nurse protocol agreement (collaborating physician) as required in Georgia Prescriptive authority and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient, infusion-based, or specialty care Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy and biologic/specialty infusion experience preferred Current BLS/CPR ; ACLS preferred; CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) a plus An entrepreneurial builder's mindset — excited to create structure where none exists yet Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Why this role As our founding advanced-practice clinician, you'll shape the protocols, patient experience, and clinical culture from day one. As we grow from our first center into a multi-site platform across Georgia and beyond, the clinician who helped build the model is the one positioned to lead it.
