Job Description

As an Orthopedic/Interventional Pain Management
APRN/PA-C
you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough examinations of patients and reviewing their medical records Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests such as blood tests and Xrays Proposing effective treatments for chronic pain and injuries Prescribing medications and overseeing patient medication management Maintaining accurate records and schedules Informing patients about their injuries and recommended treatments Promoting good health practices among patients Advancing professional knowledge through research and discourse
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience as a
APRN/PAC
in a clinic, hospital, ER, or similar setting Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices Knowledge of health and patient care regulations Excellent communication skills with strong ethics Team spirit and a positive attitude Patience and coolheadedness, especially in challenging situations Commitment to continuing education and gaining clinical experience Valid nurse practitioner license and a Master's degree
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Necessities:
Candidates for this position must have a working knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, with proficiency in spinal pathology, including the management of herniated discs, radiculopathy, facet-mediated pain syndromes, medication management, and physical therapy oversight. Additionally, experience and proficiency with joint injections, trigger point injections, PRP, Regenerative Medicine, and IV supplementation are necessary. There is also a possibility for cosmetic injection implementation in our facility in the future. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively with health practitioners and reviewing MRI findings with patients.
