Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to serve as a Float Provider across our Buena Vista, Richland, and Cusseta locations. We offer an extremely competitive pay and benefits package within a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule & Coverage Office Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Routine Location Rotation:

The provider will maintain a regular schedule with designated days assigned across the Buena Vista, Richland, and Cusseta clinics.

Coverage Flexibility:

Candidates must have the flexibility to adjust their weekly clinic location as needed to cover provider absences or manage elevated patient volume.

Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Care:

Deliver primary care for patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute seasonal illnesses and chronic conditions.

Multi-Site Clinical Decision-Making:

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state FNP scope of practice across assigned clinic locations.

Preventive & Seasonal Health:

Implement evidence-based treatment, preventive care plans, immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with supervising physicians, practice managers, and local clinic teams to ensure continuous, high-quality care during coverage transitions.

EHR Documentation:

Maintain timely, accurate patient records within the EHR, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards across all practice sites.

Patient Advocacy:

Promote health literacy and empower patients and their families to manage their long-term wellness.
