This role involves providing comprehensive women's health services, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electronic health records (EHR), collaborating with physicians and staff, and delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This is a paid position designed to support the health and well-being of women across various stages of life. Responsibilities Deliver primary and specialized women's health services, including gynecological exams, prenatal care, family planning, and menopausal management. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with best practices and patient needs. Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options to promote informed decision-making. Stay current with advancements in OB/GYN and women's health practices through ongoing education and professional development. Adhere to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and organizational policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Experience Proven experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in OB/GYN or Women's Health preferred. Strong proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) systems is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated knowledge of current clinical guidelines and best practices in women's health care. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in relevant specialty areas is required.
