III NICU
setting Attend high-risk deliveries and stabilize newborns post-delivery Provide family-centered care and education for newborns and their families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and specialists Monitor and assess neonatal patients in the NICU Support and participate in on-call and shift coverage duties Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need Required:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia Neonatal or pediatric experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
