Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced clinical skills, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to determine accurate diagnoses. Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and DEA regulations. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties such as internal medicine, geriatrics, behavioral health, and emergency medicine. Perform procedures including Pap Smears, IV infusion, possible- botulinum toxin treatments. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including other mid-level providers and nurses. Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and uphold NCQA standards. Experience
•minimum of 2 years mid level experience in general healthcare setting. Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adults, seniors, individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of telehealth practices to deliver remote patient consultations effectively. Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes across multiple specialties including occupational health, pain management, hospice & palliative care, geriatrics and behavioral health.
