$1.00/hour (local, competitive pay package) Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable Employee stock purchase plan with 15% discount Additional perks: paid time off, pre-tax HSA & FSA, hospital and critical illness plans What You ll Do Provide expert neonatal care for a Level-III NICU at a Magnet-recognized hospital Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members Manage critical neonatal procedures such as high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy Support new treatments like brain cooling and advanced ventilatory techniques Contribute to clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School Ensure patient safety and quality care through comprehensive assessments and interventions Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and family education
What You Need Required:
Valid NNP Board Certification (no FNP/PNP) Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (excluding RN experience) Current Georgia state license as an NNP (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
Preferred:
