09/24/2026 Job Description Job Description Provide outpatient medical consultation services under physician supervision Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for new and established patients Conduct follow-up care and ongoing patient management Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and initiate specialty referrals as appropriate Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours emergency phone calls Administer and order medications and treatments Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Perform comprehensive patient physicals and preventive care services Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatment plans Supervise and coordinate patient care support staff within the clinic Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with the Nurse Protocol Agreement Company Description At Aylo, we've built a model of healthcare that unlocks the potential of both our patients and those who serve them.
