Openings are available across three locations, with room to add providers at more than one site. This role is a strong fit for a provider who wants real clinical autonomy without practicing in isolation. You'll manage your own patient panel with physicians close by for support and collaboration. You'll also have a manageable daily volume, a predictable schedule, and a compensation package built to reward performance and longevity. The practice places a strong emphasis on taking care of its providers. Key Responsibilities

• See, evaluate, diagnose, and treat your own panel of patients with physician oversight available when needed
• Manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, along with routine primary care and preventive visits
• Build long-term relationships with patients and provide continuity of care
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the care team on complex cases
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with practice standards Schedule and Shift Details
• 4-day or 5-day workweek (provider preference considered)
• Typically 15 to 18 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic hours, no inpatient coverage
