In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care alongside our Physician and careteam. Your expertise will support diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of health conditions, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. . Your proactive approach and dedication will help us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that makes a real difference in people's lives. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to determine health status and identify medical issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, therapies, and intervention. Manage acute and chronic conditions. Ordering diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, sonography, laboratory testing, and specimen collection/processing techniques. Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication administration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, specialists Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (eClinicalWorks) while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Skills Extensive experience with eClinicalWorks or Cerner for efficient documentation and data retrieval. Familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding for accurate medical documentation and billing compliance. Competence in delivering primary care. Strong communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; ability to work efficiently under pressure in primary care setting is preferred.
