This is a part-time clinical role initially, approximately two days per month, with the potential to expand as patient volume grows. We are specifically looking for a clinician with experience or strong interest in perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, women's sexual health, medical weight management, and metabolic medicine. This is not primarily an aesthetics or injectable position. The provider will work collaboratively with the Zinovations clinical team under the medical supervision of our Medical Director Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive new-patient women's health and wellness consultations
• Evaluate and manage patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause
• Review medical, reproductive, medication, and family histories
• Review and interpret hormone and metabolic laboratory testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone therapy when clinically appropriate
• Monitor patient response to hormone therapy and adjust treatment as indicated
• Evaluate and manage menopause-related symptoms including:
• Hot flashes and night sweats
• Sleep disturbance
• Fatigue
• Mood changes
• Reduced libido
• Cognitive complaints
• Changes in body composition
• Vaginal and urinary symptoms
• Evaluate and manage female sexual wellness concerns
• Manage appropriate medical weight-loss patients
• Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 therapy when clinically appropriate
• Address metabolic health, lean-mass preservation, and body-composition goals
• Provide thorough patient education regarding risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Provide ongoing follow-up and longitudinal care
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the Zinovations clinical team Preferred Background We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in one or more of the following:
• Women's health
• OB/GYN
• Perimenopause and menopause medicine
• Menopausal hormone therapy
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Sexual medicine
• Urogynecology
• Medical weight management
• Obesity medicine
• Functional or integrative medicine
• Metabolic medicine
• Preventive or longevity medicine
• Experience treating perimenopausal and menopausal women is strongly preferred.
• Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications
• Current Georgia NP or PA license in good standing
• Current national certification
• Appropriate prescriptive authority
• Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills
• Experience interpreting hormone and metabolic laboratory testing
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Comfortable discussing menopause, sexual health, libido, vaginal symptoms, and hormone therapy
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits
• Commitment to evidence-informed clinical care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising and consulting physicians Schedule
• Approximately 2 clinical days per month initially.
• Scheduling will be coordinated in advance.
• There is potential to increase clinical days and responsibilities as the program grows.
• This opportunity may be ideal for an experienced clinician who currently works elsewhere and would like to develop a specialized practice in menopause, hormone therapy, sexual wellness, and longevity medicine.
