PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Newnan will be home base but must be willing to work in our Mcdonough location and other locations as needed Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team of elite providers at our traditional medical practice that focuses on high quality care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, focusing on health coaching, medication administration. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The home and primary location will be at our MCD office but you will be expected to fill in when/If needed at our other lcoations. Responsibilities performing physical examinations, performing patient assessments, reviewing diagnostic testing results, educating patients on their needs, performing secondary ultrasound-guided procedures, and overseeing patients' health. Examine patients and their medical records, Order and study diagnostic tests (vascular ultrasounds, CT's and MRIs), Diagnose health conditions and illnesses, Propose treatments for chronic venous insufficiency, Prescribe medications, Maintain accurate records and schedules, Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications, Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention, Promote good health practices, Advance professional knowledge and conduct research, perform vein injections; Varithena and Sclerotherapy, ability to safely manage blood clots.
