We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident practicing independently and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This position is ideal for an experienced provider who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of patient outcomes, and is comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions. About the Role As a provider at Nexclin Medicine, you will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while building long-term relationships focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management. You will be trusted to exercise sound clinical judgment, manage your patient panel efficiently, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive care evaluations Manage obesity and weight-loss treatment programs Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical needs Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic results Perform office-based procedures as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Deliver an exceptional patient experience through education, communication, and follow-up care Required Qualifications Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Minimum 3 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience required Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills Ability to independently manage patients with minimal supervision Experience treating chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and hyperlipidemia Comfortable developing treatment plans and making independent clinical decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes Who Will Thrive Here We are looking for a provider who: Enjoys practicing with a high degree of autonomy Takes ownership of patient outcomes Is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Builds strong relationships with patients Values continuous learning and professional growth Wants to help grow a modern, patient-centered medical practice Please note: This position is intended for an experienced provider who is comfortable practicing independently.
