We strive to ensure a welcoming, fun, and respectful environment for everyone. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of primary care services. The successful candidate must have a strong background in family medicine, a commitment to preventative care, comfort with LGBTQ+ care, and is comfortable with prescribing medications, drawing blood, placing IVs, and leadership. We are recruiting for an energetic, optimistic, and versatile Nurse Practitioner (NP). Greets patients and visitors with a smile. Enthusiastically provides phone and walk-in triage for patients. Provides efficient, friendly, and compassionate service and education with appropriate documentation. Attention to detail in paperwork and coordinating patient care. Works will with others and cherishes an opportunity to teach others on the team. Maintains a neat, clean and orderly appearance throughout the clinic. Kindly administers IM/SQ/and PO medications and vaccines. Eagerly performs and interprets diagnostic and point of care tests (eg. EKG, Spirometry, IV placement, phlebotomy) Attention to detail with the daily schedule. Tenderly and knowledgeably provides patient teaching, education and support. Participates as an active care team member across multiple disciplines. Energetically participates in networking opportunities to spread the company message. Practices evidence-based medicine in full spectrum primary care and urgent care to all ages. Knowledge and comfort with LGBTQ+ care. Provides treatments, procedures, and minor surgeries. If training is needed, will be provided. Eagerly participates in process and quality improvement initiatives including company policies and workflows. Lead and coordinate a team of Physician Assistants (PAs) in delivering comprehensive family medicine services, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards. Supervise clinical procedures including suturing. Lead quality improvement initiatives. Track defined metrics and work on process improvement to meet metric goals. Medication ordering Refine company workflows to improve on inefficiencies Manage patient communication. Guide innovations amongst providers and staff within company. Participate on the leadership team. Social media management for the company. Experience Proven experience in family medicine or primary care settings with a strong background in outpatient clinics. Demonstrated leadership skills managing clinical teams within busy healthcare environments; previous supervisory roles preferred. Skilled in performing clinical procedures including suturing and female exams.
Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
