Job Description

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and highly motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This opportunity is ideal for a practitioner who is interested in establishing or expanding an independent clinical practice within a collaborative and supportive environment. The PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to diverse patient populations across a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing and managing medications, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will collaborate with professionals across multiple healthcare specialties to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and improved mental health outcomes. Practice Arrangement Psychiatric supervision or collaboration will be provided for a mutually agreed-upon fee. A predetermined contribution toward office and administrative expenses will be required. Revenue-sharing terms will be negotiated based on the agreed-upon practice arrangement.
