Our work intersects with nearly every major hospital specialty, including: Cardiology Nephrology Infectious Disease Surgery Nutrition Wound Care Rehabilitation Providers work closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, pharmacy, dietitians, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated inpatient care. What You'll Love About This Position Approximately 16 shifts per month Full benefits eligibility Predictable block-style scheduling More non-working days than traditional Monday-Friday provider roles Daytime hospital-based rounding only Minimal after-hours phone-only call No ICU management No procedures No admissions or discharges No controlled substance prescribing Protocol-driven care model Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP's) Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include:

- Wednesday + Every Other Weekend OR
- Wednesday
- Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $131,000
- $146,000 annually In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.

$3,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates: Prior inpatient hospitalist experience Outpatient diabetes management experience New graduates with diabetes-focused clinical rotations PPO health insurance effective the 1st of the month 401(k) with company match Paid time off Dental, vision, and disability coverage $600 annual iPhone stipend $1,500 annual reimbursement to be used towards CME, licensing renewals, and/or professional dues Ongoing education, mentorship, and specialty development What You'll Do Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med-Surg and Step-Down units Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence-based protocols Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams Document directly within the hospital EMR Practice within a highly collaborative inpatient consultative model Our Must Have's Active, unrestricted GA NP or PA license NP certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP, or PA-C certification EMR proficiency required Recent Inpatient experience required DEA not required Minimum one-year commitment required
