Summary:

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to enrich our practice and embrace the opportunity to live and work in paradise. This position is a .75 FTE position (three 10-hour shifts per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as appropriate, following evidence-based guidelines and protocols. Perform minor procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and joint injections, as needed. Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare measures, disease management strategies, and lifestyle modifications. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history. Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
