$110 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide diagnostic assessments and medication management for patients with mental health conditions Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments Review and order lab work; interpret biopsychosocial data Document patient care accurately and timely Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Serve as a client advocate and resource for patients and their families Maintain compliance with all professional standards and organizational policies What You Need Valid Iowa RN license and licensure as an ARNP Certified as a Clinical Specialist/NP by ANCC or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred Strong knowledge of mental health treatments and psychotropic medications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle multiple priorities About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Davenport, Iowa, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services.
