Job Description
OBGYN Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife Join Our Women's Health Team Medical Associates Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OBGYN team in an outpatient clinic setting. In-department services include ultrasound, HSGs, colposcopies, leeps, cervical biopsies, IUD procedures, and Nexplanon. This is a clinic-only position focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered women's health services in collaboration with our OBGYN physicians and experienced clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and providing comprehensive care throughout their lifespan. Position Highlights Outpatient OBGYN/women's health practice Clinic-only position — no deliveries or inpatient responsibilities Collaborate closely with board-certified OBGYN physicians and a multidisciplinary care team Evaluate, diagnose, treat and educate patients across a broad range of women's health needs Provide preventive and routine gynecologic care Participate in contraceptive counseling and management Provide preconception, prenatal and postpartum care as appropriate to training and experience Perform procedures within scope of practice, training and clinical competency Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife certification Graduate of an accredited NP, PA, or CNM program Current state of Iowa licensure or eligibility for licensure Previous OBGYN or women's health experience preferred Full-time providers will be eligible for a benefits package including: Paid Time Off (accrue up to 29 days/year) + additional CEU time off and allowance Health Insurance and Dental Coverage with discounted premium rates for wellness program participation 401k with immediate matching (50% on the dollar up to 7% of pay + additional annual Profit Sharing)
