Responsibilities:
Provide overnight PRN coverage in a collaborative ICU setting Work 12-hour night shifts: 7p-7a Flexible PRN schedule with an ideal commitment of 7 shifts per month Primarily practice at the Downtown Campus, but also provide coverage at North Campus as needed Manage an average patient census of 7-8 patients per 12 hour shift Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
