Role Summary We're looking for a clinically strong, patient-centered provider to lead and support our hormone optimization program. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is confident in lab-based care, values strong patient relationships, and is excited to help men and women improve energy, body composition, libido, sleep, mood, and overall wellness through responsible hormone therapy. You will guide patients from initial consultation through lab review, treatment initiation, and ongoing optimization. Essential Functions Evaluate new patients and assess symptoms, history, and treatment goals Review and interpret hormone and wellness labs Determine candidacy for testosterone and hormone therapy Start and manage treatment plans for qualified patients Adjust dosing and monitor safety markers over time Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and follow-up care Document thoroughly and collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure an excellent patient experience Required Skills Licensed NP or PA in good standing Strong clinical assessment and lab interpretation skills Excellent communication and patient education ability Professional, polished, and compassionate presence Strong follow-through and documentation habits Experience in wellness, hormone therapy, functional medicine, or related outpatient care preferred Growth Opportunities at Iowa IV As a fast-growing wellness brand, Iowa IV offers clear opportunities for advancement.
