Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured outpatient setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

$120,000k-$150,000 annually, based on your experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage medications and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Qualifications:

1 year of PMHNP or PA experience in behavioral health, or acute mental health settings (preferred) Must have active Iowa PMHNP or PA license and Active DEA. New grads are welcome to apply (for outpatient role) but must have active APRN Iowa license Able to start as soon as credentialed or within a reasonable time frame.
